Before You Order – Sizing & Expectations
Please check our Size Guide before purchasing. If you're unsure, feel free to reach out — we’re happy to help you pick the perfect fit.
Please note:

A size variation of 1–3 cm (+/-) is standard in production

Slight differences in color or texture may occur due to screen settings, lighting, and material batches
-
Every return has an impact, so reviewing carefully helps reduce waste and support sustainable practices
Cancellation Policy
We process orders quickly, which means cancellations aren't guaranteed once an order is placed. If you'd like to cancel and the order has already been fulfilled, you can still request a return after delivery (as long as it's eligible under our return guidelines).
Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item (as confirmed by tracking).
To qualify:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused

Items must be returned in original condition and packaging

Return requests must be submitted via email within the return window
If an item doesn’t meet these conditions, it may be declined or subject to a 15% restocking fee to cover inspection and repackaging.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:

Swimwear, lingerie, or bodysuits

Gift cards

Items marked Final Sale or Clearance
How to Return an Item
1. Contact Us

Our team will respond within 24 hours.
2. Ship the Return
Once approved, package the item securely. You’ll be responsible for return shipping.
Estimated costs:

Shipping: $20–$35 USD (based on location)

Customs & handling: $50–$60 USD (set by local authorities)
We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Items lost in transit without tracking are not eligible for refund.
3. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 7–14 business days.
Please note:

Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Customs and handling fees will be deducted from your refund (these are set by local authorities and are outside our control)

A standard 15% restocking fee will be deducted to help offset the labor and materials needed to inspect and repackage returned items
Partial Refund or Store Credit Option
If you’d prefer to skip the return process, you can request:

A partial refund, or

A store credit (via Avery Stone gift card)
This option helps reduce environmental impact and international return costs, especially with rising cross-border tariff regulations. Let us know in your return email, and we’ll guide you through it.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours with:

Clear photos of the issue
We’ll resolve it quickly with either a replacement, full refund, or store credit — whichever works best for you.
“Not As Described” Concerns
If your item looks different from what you expected:

Share full photos and a short description

You can also include a short video if helpful
Please remember:

1–3 cm size difference is within normal range
-
Color/material differences due to lighting or screens are not considered defects

Fit issues due to body type or height aren’t valid for “not as described” claims
If the item matches the product listing, our standard return policy will apply. That said, we’re always happy to find a fair solution when appropriate.
“Delivered but Not Received”
If your order shows as delivered but isn’t in hand:

Contact your local courier to file an investigation

Check with neighbors, building staff, or household members
-
File a police report for theft if needed (especially for high-value items)
Avery Stone is not responsible for packages marked as delivered. However, we’ll do our best to assist you. For added peace of mind, we recommend selecting Worry-Free Delivery Insurance at checkout.
Return-to-Sender Orders
If a package is returned due to:

Delivery refusal

Incorrect/incomplete address

Missed courier pickup
We’ll issue a refund once the item is received, minus a 15% restocking fee and any shipping costs.

No need to deal with couriers directly
You’ll get a Seel confirmation email at checkout. If something happens, file a claim using the link provided. For international shipments, Seel considers a package “lost” after 30 days from fulfillment.
Disputes & Chargebacks
If there’s a problem with your order, please reach out to us before filing a chargeback. We’re confident we can find a solution quickly and fairly.
If a chargeback is filed, we’ll provide your bank with:

We will comply with the bank’s final decision once the investigation concludes.
Refund Timelines
